FORMULA BLD 塑殼斷路器D3N250 TMF250/2500 FF 3P根據下列結構特性設計制造。
一. 雙重絕緣
FORMULA BLD斷路器的帶電部件(不包括端子)與正常運行過程中操作員操縱的設備的前端部件之間有雙重絕緣。每個電氣附件的底座與電源回路隔離,避免與帶電部件接觸。尤其是操作機構與供電回路隔絕。另外,斷路器的帶電內部零件之間以及接線端子附近有超大的絕緣距離。并且,距離超過IEC標準規定的距離。
二.熱帶氣候適應性
根據IEC 60068-2-30標準,采用“variant 1”方法(第7.3.3節),在55°C溫度條件下對FORMULA BLD系列中的斷路器和附件進行了兩次測試。基于下列原因,FORMULA BLD系列對于*嚴酷環境條件的適應性得到進一步保證:
• 絕緣塑殼使用玻璃纖維增強合成樹脂制成;
• 主要金屬部件經過防腐處理;
• 鍍層提供Fe/Zn 12鋅鍍層(ISO 2081)保護,不含六價鉻(符合ROHS),達到ISO 4520 2C級耐腐蝕性能。
三.絕緣性能
在分閘位置,斷路器保證符合IEC 60947-2標準要求的絕緣距離,因此能夠避免輸入與輸出端子之間的泄漏電流。
四.操作
操縱桿始終指示斷路器動觸頭的位置,從而保證符合IEC 60073及IEC 60417-2標準的安全、可靠信號(I=合閘,O=分閘,黃色-綠色線=因保護性脫扣而分閘)。斷路器操作機構帶自由脫扣機構,無論操縱桿上的壓力和運行速度如何。保護脫扣自動斷開動觸頭:要使觸頭再次合閘,必須首先將操縱桿從中間位置推到*低端分閘位置,重置操作機構。
