混凝土壓力泌水儀測試泵送砼在一定壓力狀態下的泌水量。用于骨料粒徑不大于40mm的混凝土拌合物壓力泌水測定。并進而計算泌水率比。混凝土壓力泌水儀由液壓千斤頂、壓力表及上蓋活塞、試料筒、底座等組成。具有測值準確、操作簡便、體積小、重量輕、脫模方便等特點。

三、操作規程：
★混凝土拌合物應分兩層裝入壓力泌水儀的缸體容器內
★每層的插搗次數應為20次。搗棒由邊緣向中均勻地插搗
★插搗底層時搗棒應貫穿整個深度
★插搗A層時
★搗棒應插透本層至下一層的表面
★每一層搗完后用橡皮鍾輕松沿容器外壁打5-10次
★并使拌合物表面低于容器口約30毫米處
★用抹刀將表面抹平
★將容器外表擦干凈
★混凝土壓力泌水儀按規定安裝完畢后應立即給混凝土試樣施加壓力至3.2Mpa。并打泌力閥門同
★時開始計時
★保持壓力
★泌力的水接入200毫米量筒：加壓至10秒時讀取泌水量V10，14、 加壓至140s時讀取泌水量V140
★脫模：將下底座取走

四、故障原因：
混凝土的水灰比越大，水泥凝結硬化的時間越長，自由水越多，水與水泥分離的時間越長，混凝土越容易泌水；混凝土中外加劑摻量過多，或者緩凝組分摻量過多，會造成新拌混凝土的大量泌水和沉析，大量的自由水泌出混凝土表面，影響水泥的凝結硬化，混凝土保水性能下降，導致嚴重泌水。

五、維護與保養：
★每次試驗結束后，要將儀器用水沖洗并擦干，如長期不用，用將無油漆的零件表面涂油防銹。
★在安裝時，試料筒不得倒置，其下端外側涂少許潤滑脂，以使其能順利插入底座，并與“0”形圈密封。
★如油泵卻油致使壓力上不去，可將油泵后蓋打開，按下內六角螺栓，加入20號機油，重新裝好即可。
