本機符合藥品生產和質量管理的GMP標準。壓片室與傳動結構*分開，壓片室無任何油漆，與藥品接觸的零部件均采用不銹鋼材或經表面特殊處理，無毒耐腐，壓片室用透明有機玻璃窗封閉，防止污染，壓片區域可從四面接觸到，各處表面光滑，易于清潔。ZPW23旋轉式壓片機設有連續集中潤滑系統，使傳動系統，導軌和主要摩擦部位得到充分的潤滑，噪聲和磨損減少，使維修保養費用大大降低。
電氣控制部分采用可變程序控制，具有大主壓力設定及主壓力遇載停機功能，本機具有故障自動診斷功能，通過顯示器可快速定位故障點，提高維修效率，CE配置可選擇。
