1.首先可程式高低溫箱內(nèi)壁應(yīng)使用耐熱不易氧化和具有一定機械強度的材料制造。應(yīng)無影響試驗的污染源。

附：可程式高低溫箱安全和環(huán)境保護要求：

Attached: safety and environmental protection requirements:

（1）.接線端子對箱體金屬外殼之間的絕緣電阻值應(yīng)滿足：冷態(tài)2MΩ以上，熱態(tài)1MΩ以上(用500V，準(zhǔn)確度為1.0級兆歐表測量)，并能承受50Hz交流電壓1500V、施壓時間5s耐電壓試驗。

(1). The terminal shall meet the insulation resistance between the metal shell of the value of more than 2M Omega: cold, hot 1M Ω above (with 500V, the accuracy is 1 grade megger measurement), and can withstand 50Hz AC voltage 1500V, time 5S voltage withstanding test pressure

（2）.保護接地端子應(yīng)與試驗箱外殼有良好的電氣連接并能方便牢固的地接線，應(yīng)符合GB/T14048.1—2000的7.1.9的規(guī)定。

(2). The protective earth terminal should have good electrical connection and convenient for firm connection and test case, shall be in accordance with the provisions of the 7.1.9 GB/T14048.1 2000.

（3）.應(yīng)有超溫、過電流、缺水等保護及報警裝置。

（4）.整機噪聲應(yīng)不高于80dB(A)。
