SIRVs (Spike-in RNA Variant Control Mixes)	The SIRVs are a set of transcript variants designed to assess RNA sequencing workflows for their performance in transcriptome analysis in categories such as detection of isoforms, linearity of dose response and sensitivity, and transcript length. This includes the testing of bioinformatic algorithms for their ability to quantify, map, and assemble isoforms.
