粘液酸 號：526-99-8主要優級純、分級純和化學純3種：
（1）優級純（GR：Guaranteed reagent），又稱一級品或保證試劑，99.8%，這種試劑純度Z高，雜質含量Z低，適合于重要精密的分析工作和科學研究工作，使用綠色瓶簽。
（2）分析純（AR），又稱二級試劑，純度很高，99.7%，略次于優級純，適合于重要分析及一般研究工作，使用紅色瓶簽。

產品介紹 This gene encodes a member of a heteromeric, sodium-independent, anionic amino acid transport system that is highly specific for cysteine and glutamate. In this system, designated Xc(-), the anionic form of cysteine is transported in exchange for glutamate. This protein has been identified as the predominant mediator of Kaposi sarcoma-associated herpesvirus fusion and entry permissiveness into cells. Also, increased expression of this gene in primary gliomas (compared to normal brain tissue) was associated with increased glutamate secretion via the XCT channels, resulting in neuronal cell death. 產品介紹 The protein encoded by this gene is a member of a family of proteins which inhibit apoptosis through binding to tumor necrosis factor receptor-associated factors TRAF1 and TRAF2. Similar to API1, BIRC4 inhibits apoptosis induced by menadione, a potent inducer of free radicals, and ICE. BIRC4 also inhibits at least two members of the caspase family of cell-death proteases, caspase-3 and caspase-7.
