使用權限 未定注意事項：
1. 收到細胞后首先觀察細胞瓶是否完好，培養液是否有漏液、渾濁等現象，若有上述現象發生請及時和我們。
2. 仔細閱讀細胞說明書，了解細胞相關信息，如細胞形態、所用培養基、血清比例、所需細胞因子等。
3. 用75%酒精擦拭細胞瓶表面，顯微鏡下觀察細胞狀態。因運輸問題貼壁細胞會有少量從瓶壁脫落，將細胞置于培養箱內靜置培養過夜，隔天再取出觀察。此時多數細胞均會貼壁，若細胞仍不能貼壁請用臺盼藍染色測定細胞活力，如果證實細胞活力正常，請將細胞離心后用新鮮培養基再次貼壁培養；如果染色結果顯示細胞無活力，請拍下照片及時和我們，信息確認后我們為您再免費寄送一次。
4. 請客戶用相同條件的培養基用于細胞培養。培養瓶內多余的培養基可收集備用，細胞傳代時可以一定比例和客戶自備的培養基混合，使細胞逐漸適應培養條件;建議直接購買提供的*培養基。
5. 建議客戶收到細胞后前3天各拍幾張細胞照片，記錄細胞狀態，便于和技術部溝通交流。
