一、使用說明書

A, instructions for use

1.將落球回彈試驗儀放置在水平桌面或地面上，如果放置平面不水平可用水平尺先將放置平面調(diào)成水平，然后查看一下落球回彈上面板是否水平，如果不水平，通過轉(zhuǎn)動底座螺絲，調(diào)成水平（出廠時已調(diào)，如果運輸過程中，有改變需要再調(diào)一下）。

2.根據(jù)要做試驗的高度，調(diào)整試驗下落高度，按上或取下高度調(diào)節(jié)塊。

3.將落球回彈試驗儀主機上的傳感器數(shù)據(jù)線接到控制箱上的“數(shù)據(jù)線”接口，將5V電源接到控制箱上的“電源”接口，然后打開“電源開關”，給設備供電。

4.將試樣切成100mm*100mm*50mm，放到試樣平臺上，調(diào)節(jié)平臺高度，使試樣與上面板夾緊。

5.這時儀器上會顯示“歡迎使用落球回彈測試系統(tǒng)”，點擊“測試”會進入選擇試驗高度界面,繼續(xù)按“測試”鍵，會在500mm與460mm之間切換，當箭頭指向相應高度時，點擊“確定”，進入試驗界面。

6.此時界面顯示，“試驗中”，通過鋼球釋放裝置將鋼球釋放，此時顯示試驗結束，如果此次試驗沒有碰壁，點擊“確定”，保存試驗結果，試驗數(shù)據(jù)有效，否則點擊“取消”，試驗無效。
