送樣要求：1、樣品量需約2 g，粒度≥200 目，請務必逐個自查，標準為將樣品粉末捻在手心無明顯顆粒感；2、編號清晰，紙袋折疊封裝；3、請勿用訂書機封訂；4、塑料袋包裝或樣品灑出的退回。

完成標準：前處理在超凈室100級超凈臺內(nèi)進行，保證監(jiān)測空白及樣品無污染，標樣和重復樣在允許誤差范圍內(nèi)。

方法描述：
7.1全巖微量元素含量分析

全巖微量元素含量在武漢上譜分析科技有限責任公司利用Agilent 7700e ICP-MS分析完成。用于ICP-MS分析的樣品處理如下：(1)將200目樣品置于105 ℃烘箱中烘干12小時； (2)準確稱取粉末樣品50 mg置于Teflon溶樣彈中；(3)先后依次緩慢加入1 ml高純HNO₃和1 ml高純HF；(4)將Teflon溶樣彈放入鋼套，擰緊后置于190℃烘箱中加熱24小時以上；(5)待溶樣彈冷卻，開蓋后置于140℃電熱板上蒸干，然后加入1 ml HNO₃并再次蒸干；(6)加入1 ml高純HNO₃、1 ml MQ水和1ml內(nèi)標In（濃度為1 ppm），再次將Teflon溶樣彈放入鋼套，擰緊后置于190℃烘箱中加熱12小時以上；(7)將溶液轉(zhuǎn)入聚乙烯料瓶中，并用2% HNO₃稀釋至100 g以備ICP-MS測試。

7.2 Trace element analyses of whole rock

Trace element analysis of whole rock were conducted on Agilent 7700e ICP-MS at the Wuhan SampleSolution Analytical Technology Co., Ltd., Wuhan, China. The detailed sample-digesting procedure was as follows: (1) Sample powder (200 mesh) were placed in an oven at 105 ℃ for drying of 12 hours; (2) 50 mg sample powder was accurately weighed and placed in a Teflon bomb; (3) 1 ml HNO₃ ａnd 1 ml HF were slowly added into the Teflon bomb; (4) Teflon bomb was putted in a stainless steel pressure jacket and heated to 190 ℃ in an oven for >24 hours; (5) After cooling, the Teflon bomb was opened and placed on a hotplate at 140 ℃ and evaporated to incipient dryness, and then 1 ml HNO₃ was added and evaporated to dryness again; (6) 1 ml of HNO₃, 1 ml of MQ water and 1 ml internal standard solution of 1ppm In were added, and the Teflon bomb was resealed and placed in the oven at 190 ℃ for >12 hours; (7) The final solution was transferred to a polyethylene bottle and diluted to 100 g by the addition of 2% HNO₃.
