2、本系列產品為鑄鋁合金外殼，鋁合金為ZL102符合國家標準。產品殼體采用燃油、高溫、恒溫一次壓鑄成型工藝，壓鑄產品表面光滑，外形美觀大方，金屬結構致密度高，外殼結構內部無氣泡、無砂眼，抗沖擊性能增強(鑄鋁合金的抗拉強度為原來的近2倍，硬度為原來的近1.5倍，密度比原來也有所增加)，產品外殼防爆性能好，產品上有壓制的*性防爆標志。
