電纜額定電壓的選擇 Voltage designation
· 電纜的額定電壓應(yīng)適合于電纜系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行狀況，用U0/U（Um）kv表示。
U0－電纜設(shè)計(jì)用的導(dǎo)體對(duì)地或金屬屏蔽之間的額定工頻電壓；
U－電纜設(shè)計(jì)用的導(dǎo)體間的額定工頻電壓；
Um－設(shè)備可承受的“Z高系統(tǒng)電壓”的Z大值。
The rated voltage of the cable for a given applixation shall be suitable for the operating conditions
in the system in which the cable is used,and is expressed in the form of U0/U（Um）kv
Where:
U0－The rated power-frequency voltage between conductors and earth metallic screen ,for which the cable designed;
U － The rated power-frequency voltage between conductos, for which the cable designed;
Um－ The maximum value of the“highest system voltage”for which the equipment may beused.

A類系統(tǒng)──該類系統(tǒng)任何一相導(dǎo)體與地和接地導(dǎo)體接觸時(shí)，能在1min內(nèi)與系統(tǒng)分離
B類系統(tǒng)──該類系統(tǒng)僅包括單相接地故障短時(shí)運(yùn)行的條件，接地故障時(shí)間應(yīng)不超過1h, 但在任何情況下，Z長(zhǎng)不超過8h每年接地故障總持續(xù)時(shí)間不超過125h；
C類系統(tǒng)──不屬于A類、B類的系統(tǒng)。

礦用橡套電纜結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)：
一：導(dǎo)電線芯。柔軟性要求以電鉆電纜，采掘機(jī)電纜為Z高；導(dǎo)線結(jié)構(gòu)采取如下措施：
1， 采用較軟的細(xì)直徑銅單線、以小節(jié)距束合、復(fù)絞。整根電纜的彎曲扭轉(zhuǎn)性還受到絕緣、護(hù)套結(jié)構(gòu)的影響，因此不能認(rèn)為單絲越細(xì)，節(jié)距越小越好。
2， 采用同向束絞和復(fù)絞可提高柔軟性。
3， 為了便于導(dǎo)線在絕緣層中的相對(duì)滑動(dòng)和便于安裝維修。電鉆電纜和小截面的采掘機(jī)電纜導(dǎo)線單絲應(yīng)鍍錫，大截面采掘機(jī)電纜在導(dǎo)線外還用包紙帶隔離絕緣。
二：絕緣層 要求有足夠的電絕緣性能
1， 采用含膠量不低于百分之35的橡皮
2， 絕緣厚度比通用橡套電纜要厚
3， 采用電性好的橡皮，并采用好的擠橡工藝(如擠橡硫化連續(xù)生產(chǎn)線)
三：屏蔽層
采用半導(dǎo)電橡皮做屏蔽層，應(yīng)使其過渡電阻達(dá)到標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求，以保證繼電保護(hù)系統(tǒng)在事故狀態(tài)下可靠動(dòng)作。
四：墊芯
1， 墊芯要充分起到在電纜收到?jīng)_砸、擠壓時(shí)的緩沖作用，又不能過大使外徑過大。要求設(shè)計(jì)合理填滿絕緣芯線間的空隙。
2， 機(jī)械性能應(yīng)不低于絕緣橡皮的要求。
3， 不能與絕緣線芯產(chǎn)生粘連。
五：成纜結(jié)構(gòu)
1， 要采用較小的節(jié)距倍數(shù)，改善電纜的柔軟性。
2， 為保證地線芯的機(jī)械強(qiáng)度，地線芯截面比通用電纜要大些，小截面產(chǎn)品，采用與主線管相同截面。
3， 控制線芯先單獨(dú)絞合成組，再與主線芯一起成纜。
六：護(hù)層
1， 要求有足夠的機(jī)械強(qiáng)度，耐磨性好。井下電纜要求阻燃。因此采用氯丁膠，且含膠量不小于百分之五十。
2， 6KV移動(dòng)橡套電纜要求護(hù)套有足夠的電絕緣性，改善護(hù)套的耐電暈開裂性能。
七:電纜要結(jié)構(gòu)密實(shí)、緊湊，各元件有相對(duì)滑動(dòng)性。
