YJTZ Series Resistance Remote Transmitting Pressure Meter 簡介 遠傳壓力表適用于測量對鋼及銅合金不起腐蝕作用的流體，氣體和蒸汽的壓力。電阻信號輸出傳至二次儀表上，可以實現現場就地指示壓力以便于現場工藝檢查，還可以實現遠距離集中控制和調節。 不銹鋼的導壓系統及外殼均采用了不銹鋼材料，有較強的耐腐蝕性能，適用于對耐蝕性能有較高要求的場合。 在不銹鋼內充灌阻尼液及加裝緩沖裝置，成為不銹鋼耐震。適用于工作環境有較強震動的場合。 Brief Introduction: The remote transmitting pressure meter is applicable to measure pressure of such liquids, gases or vapors that have no erosive attack on steel or copper alloy. Product computer coding, please see the“Guide for type selection of resistance remote transmitting pressure series meters.” 型號規格 Typesspecifications 結構原理 本儀表由一個彈簧管壓力表（為一次儀表）和一個滑線電阻式發送器等組成。 一次儀表的作用原理與一般彈簧管壓力表相同。由于電阻發送器系設置在齒輪傳動機構上，因此當齒輪傳動機構中的扇形齒輪軸產生偏轉時，電阻發送器的轉臂（電刷）也相應的地偏轉。由于電刷在電阻器上滑行，使得被測壓力值的變化變換為電阻值的變化，傳到二次儀表上指示出與一次儀表相應的壓力值。 Structureprinciple: This instrument comprises of a pressure meter, a slide resistance transmitter,so on. The mechanical part of this instrument plays same role with normal pressure meter. Because the resistance transmitter is built in the tooth gear, when deflexion occurs on the axle of the segment gear, the rocking arm (electric brush) of the resistance transmitter deflects accordingly. Due to the slide of electric brush on the resistor, changes of the tested pressure value are transformed into changes of resistance value, which is transmitted to secondary instrument. Corresponding value is displayed accordingly.
