主要結(jié)構(gòu)由框架、閘板、絲桿、螺母、密封副等零件構(gòu)成。轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)手輪使絲桿帶動(dòng)絲桿螺母和閘板沿水平方向往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)，達(dá)到閘門的啟閉目的，同時(shí)密封副在閘板運(yùn)動(dòng)中阻攔粉塵不進(jìn)入傳動(dòng)腔內(nèi)，無外漏污染。

The valve is mainly made up of frame, disc, pole, nut and seal etc. Rotate the handwheel driving the pole and nut reciprocate in horizontal. At the same time the seal can prevent dust from entering driving body and out-leakage pollution does not exist.

使用說明：

Usage explanation:

l  本閥可水平安裝或垂直安裝，安裝時(shí)兩法蘭連接中間必須加密封墊片，然后鎖緊螺栓。

l  操作時(shí)手輪順時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)為閥關(guān)，反之為開，不得在手輪上再增加輔助杠桿。

l  若長(zhǎng)期存放應(yīng)使設(shè)備處于關(guān)閉狀態(tài)，各傳動(dòng)部位應(yīng)加潤(rùn)滑油，不允許露天存放或堆置。

l   It can be installed in horizontal or vertical. Sealing gasket must be put on the connected, then equably tight the bolt.

l   You can not add assistant lever to the hａnd wheel. Clockwise turn of hａnd wheel means the closing of valve, otherwise it means opening.

l   The device should be in the shut-down if the valve-board is placed longer. Driving parts should add lubricated oil. Placing in the open air and piling up is not permitted.
