避免系統發生共振
在液壓泵系統中常會發生振源(如液壓泵,液壓馬達,電機等)引起底板,管道等部位發生共振;或是泵,閥等道等元件的共振而構成較大的噪聲。對付這種現象,可通過改變管道的長度來改變管道的固有振動頻率,和對一些閥的裝配位置結束改變措施來消除。

拒卻振動
對付液壓系統中的緊張振源(泵,電機)常采用加裝橡皮墊或彈簧等措施,使之與底板(或油箱)拒卻,也可采用將振源裝在底板上與全體系統拒卻的方法,這些都可收到良好的減振降噪的效果。
