四、使用方法：
?首先將試驗機作水平調整，乃利用水平儀置于本機之機臺座上，而依水平儀指示調整基礎螺絲使呈水平(安裝機臺或移動機臺時調整)。
?啟動電源總開關，使電源通過本機各控制面板。
?根據(jù)試樣塊的測試要求，調節(jié)好兩支撐棍的跨距和支撐棍上定位塊的位置，保證試樣塊處在中間，調節(jié)壓輥上的配重塊，使壓輥保持水平。
?在試驗前，調整上、下行程設定環(huán)至所需之范圍上下限位置，使下夾具至此位范圍后會觸動極限開關而停機。
?選適當?shù)臏y試速度，無段速控制則轉動控制盤上之速度旋鈕到已測定出之速度指示數(shù)字即可。
?顯示器開機，并將所有顯示字幕歸零，準備接受測試。
?啟動馬達使中聯(lián)板下降開始測試，此時開始顯示出試件拉力數(shù)值，直到試件斷裂時，荷重保持zui大值, 記錄數(shù)值后，取下斷裂試件，再依上述方法夾持試件及顯示器數(shù)值，歸零后即可再測試，若測試已完成，請關掉電源
