三、操作規程：
開車前
?檢查分散機油位是否加注到規定位置，低應加至規定油位，高應放至規定位置。
?檢查三角皮帶松緊是否適當。
?用手盤動葉輪應轉動靈活，無磨擦聲。
?檢查各緊固件是否松動及各密封部位有無滲漏現象。
?開啟分散機主電機，檢查攪拌的旋向是否與設備所規定的方向相同。
?確認以上檢查工作無誤后方可開車。
開車
?將葉輪放在分散機容器的中心位置，撳下降按鈕，下降到低位置或要求的位置。
?兩只手柄必須鎖緊后才能開車。
?開主電機，按操作需要轉速按下按鈕，
?操作過程中應經常注意電流，如發現超載運轉，應停車檢查原因，采取措施后再繼續運轉分散機。
停車
?先停主電動機，使葉輪全部停止轉動。
?開分散機上升按鈕，使主軸葉輪上升至容器之上，清洗葉輪。
電源條件：
?電源電壓波動通常交流選用 %10%、-15%，直流允許±%10左右，如若超差，須采取穩壓措施或提出特殊訂貨要求。
?應根據電源容量選擇額定電流和消耗功率。須注意交流起動時VA值較高，在容量不足時應優先選用間接導式分散機。
?根據供電電源種類，分別選用交流和直流分散機。一般來說交流電源取用方便。
?電壓規格用盡量優先選用AC380V、AC220V 、DC24V。

Before driving

? Check if the V-belt is tight.
? The impeller should be turned flexibly without friction noise.
? Check whether each fastener is loose and whether there is leakage in each sealing part.
? Turn on the main motor of the disperser and check whether the rotation direction of the stirring is the same as the direction specified by the equipment.
? Make sure the above inspection work is correct before driving.
Drive
? Place the impeller in the center of the container of the disperser, press the down button, and lower it to the low position or the required position.
? Both handles must be locked before driving.
? Turn on the main motor and press the button according to the speed required for operation.
? Pay attention to the current during operation. If overload operation is found, stop the machine to check the cause, and then continue to operate the disperser after taking measures.
parking
? Stop the main motor first to stop all the impellers.
? Turn on the disperser up button to raise the main shaft impeller above the container and clean the impeller.
Power conditions:
? Power supply voltage fluctuations usually use% 10% and -15% for AC, and DC allowance of ±% 10.
? The rated current and power consumption should be selected according to the power supply capacity. It should be noted that the VA value is higher at the start of AC, and indirect guided disperser should be preferentially selected when the capacity is insufficient.
