五、操作規(guī)程：
★根據試件尺寸，應先調整好兩刀口距離。
★在左右主體上裝上，并擰緊止緊螺釘。
★調整上刀口位置，使上下刀口間距離等于所需標距值。
★松開緊表螺釘，按產品合格證中左、右表編號，分別裝在左右主體上，再調整表位 置，使下刀口底面與底板上螺釘接觸，A與量表測量平面接觸。
★雙手捏住右連接板和固定板兩端均勻的壓縮彈簧使兩刀口距增大。
★ 測壓縮變型時，儀器在夾持試件后，將定位螺釘下旋離開下刀口底面 1mm，測拉伸 變形時則不需將定位螺釘下旋，仍保持與下刀口底面水平位置接觸。
★為增強上刀口夾緊力，需在上調整夾緊架，其位置應盡量靠近上刀口處，夾緊 力也可以通過簧帽調整。
★試件在標距范圍內壓縮量取兩表數值的平均值進行計算。
平均值為測定值。若任一抽心抗壓強度平均值之差超過平均值20%，則EC按另兩根試件試驗結果的算術平均值計算，若兩根試件結果超出規(guī)定，試驗無效。結果 至100Mpa

★ Loosen the screw on the meter, and install it on the left and right bodies according to the left and right table numbers in the product certificate. Then adjust the position of the meter so that the bottom surface of the lower blade touches the screw on the bottom plate and A contacts the measuring plane of the gauge.
★ Pinch the right connecting plate and the fixing plate with even compression springs at both ends to increase the distance between the two blades.
★ When measuring the compression variant, after holding the test piece, the instrument rotates the set screw down 1mm away from the bottom surface of the lower knife edge. When measuring the tensile deformation, it is not necessary to turn the set screw down and still keep it in horizontal contact with the bottom surface of the lower knife edge.
★ In order to enhance the clamping force of the upper knife edge, the clamping frame needs to be adjusted on the benchmark, and its position should be as close to the upper knife edge as possible, and the clamping force can also be adjusted by the spring cap.
★ The compression amount of the test piece within the gauge range is calculated by averaging the values in the two tables.
