一、概述:
QX系列汽油辛烷值柴油十六烷值測定儀,分A、B、C、D、E五種型號,A型為汽油辛烷值測定儀、B、C、D型簡稱為汽柴油兩用測定儀、B型為臺式結構交流供電、C型為臺式結構交直流供電、D型為手持式結構直流供電、E型為柴油十六烷值,顯示屏上簡稱測定儀,B、C、D三款機型功能一致。QX系列測定儀可測航空汽油、車用汽油、調合汽油、乙醇汽油、甲醇汽油、車用柴油。是用于機械化、石油煉化企業、儲油和調油單位快速測定汽油辛烷值和柴油十六烷值的儀器。該儀器采用大屏幕顯示,背燈亮麗柔和,界面字體清晰,具有:操作簡便、測定速度快、精度高、范圍廣、功能全等特點。本儀器具有四項技術創新:1、數字化技術。抗*力強、變差小、精密度高;再現性,重復性好。2、儀器采用自動賦值標定技術,標定程序簡單,方法科學,標定結果準確可靠。3、測定程序采用自動回歸技術,以ASTM--CFR試驗機測定結果為標準,有針對性的進行回歸,提高了測定精度、擴大了測定范圍。4、對不同油品通過予先回歸可做到一鍵測定,方便客戶使用。四項技術創新:采用了人性化的設計、操作簡便、提高了儀器的測定精度,拓展了儀器的使用范圍,展現了儀器的實用價值。
二、工作原理:
車用汽油辛烷值測定儀原理是按國標GB/T5487,使用ASTM—CFR試驗機實現的,也是*的。它是在嚴格試驗條件下:以具有可變壓縮比的標準發動機為手段,以參比燃料為標準相比較測定的。QX系列測定儀是采用測定油品組分綜合介電常數的方法測定的。它是以嚴謹的數學模型為回歸的理論基礎,以*的電子測量技術為手段,以CFR試驗機測定結果為標準,有針對性的進行回歸,有針對性的測定以保證測定精度,突破了非物理量無法量值傳遞的難題,相當于CFR試驗機對QX系列測定儀的量值傳遞,實現了與相關國標接軌。
儀器由微電腦和傳感器組成。傳感器采集到的信號,傳輸到微電腦輸入端經CPU處理后顯示測定結果。屏幕顯示(研究法、馬達法、抗爆指數),并可存儲、讀取、瀏覽、打印。

Second, the working principle: motor gasoline octane number tester is based on national standard GB / T5487, using ASTM-CFR test machine to achieve, but also internationally recognized.
